Support Information
Where is my booking confirmation?
For any questions about your booking confirmation, it’s always best to speak to the travel provider (airline or travel agent) directly.
Here at Cheap Flights, since we are a travel search engine, we don’t have access to your booking confirmation or any of your booking details. Once you’ve chosen your flights, we pass you through to your chosen airline or travel agent where you make your booking directly. We’re therefore unable to send you your booking confirmation.
Can’t remember who you booked with?
Step 1) Check your email for a booking confirmation – it should have been sent when you made your booking.
Step 2) It’s worth checking your junk or spam email if you can’t find it.
Step 3) If you can’t find your confirmation and you’re still not sure, the best thing to do is to check your bank statement, which should show you the airline or travel agent’s name next to any charge.
Once you have a name, you can use the search below to find the travel provider’s contact details. If you’ve followed these steps and either can’t reach the provider or still need our help, feel free to get in touch. Please remember to provide as much detail as possible about your flights and who you booked with. We won't be able to send you your confirmation, but will do our best to help out in any way we can.
How can I pay?
Cheap Flights is a travel search engine, and we don't handle bookings or payments at all. When you find the travel arrangements that suit you, you will be transferred to the service provider’s site to complete your booking. Once there, you’ll be able to see all the different payment options they offer.
For this reason, we recommend that you get in touch with the airline, travel agent or travel provider directly if you have any questions about how to pay.
For security reasons, when you buy a flight ticket you may sometimes be asked for further identification or documents before your booking can be processed. If you have any concerns about this, please contact your provider.
The search box below can help you find the contact details for the travel provider you booked with.
I think I have been overcharged
Prices on Cheap Flights always include an estimate of all taxes and charges that must be paid.
When we transfer you to the airline or travel agent website to complete your booking, all flight details including prices will be updated and displayed. At this stage, we recommend that you check this information carefully before you confirm and pay for your booking. The final price you pay for your tickets may change because of additional options offered by the provider, such as luggage or travel insurance (although these should always be optional).
A note about card fees. Airlines and travel agents offer a free payment option (usually it’s the most popular card in your country) but they might charge fees for other payment methods. Because you have at least one option to avoid these fees, we don't include them in our prices. If you feel like you have been overcharged, we recommend that you contact the provider you booked with – they are the best people to help you, the search box below can help you find the contact details for the travel provider you booked with.
If you have already contacted them and you still need our help, please get in touch via the contact us button at the bottom of the screen.
Who should I contact about my booking?
Cheap Flights is a travel search engine. We help you plan your trip but we don't take bookings or payments ourselves. Instead, we pass you through to your chosen travel provider (airline or travel agent) and you make your booking directly with them.
This means we don’t have access to your booking information. If your enquiry is about any of the following, we would recommend contacting the travel provider directly:
Booking confirmations
Changes to a booking you’ve already made
Cancellations and refunds
Payment, luggage, seating or visa questions
Problems completing a booking
Airline or airport-related information

My card has been charged but I don’t have a booking confirmation
As a travel search engine, Cheap Flights doesn’t handle bookings or payments directly - so we don’t have access to individuals’ booking information. Instead you are transferred to your chosen airline or travel agent, and your booking is made with them directly.
If your card’s been charged but you haven’t received your confirmation, sometimes there can be a delay on confirmations coming through, or there could be a technical reason why you haven’t received it.
If you still can't find it, we would recommend contacting the airline or travel agent that you attempted to book with to ask if they can confirm your booking – they will be best placed to clarify the situation as quickly as possible.

My booking has been cancelled
We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, cancelled bookings are beyond Cheap Flights's control because we are a travel search engine, rather than a booking service. Cancellations usually occasionally occur when the airline or travel agent is unable to fulfil a ticket at their advertised price, or if the airline makes a decision to cancel that flight or route.
If this happens, the airline or travel agent will give you the option to purchase a ticket at the new price or refund your money in full, they should also indicate when the refund will arrive in your bank account. We would recommend speaking to your travel provider directly with regards to the options that might be available.

I booked the wrong dates / times
If you have found that you have booked the wrong dates or times, please contact the airline or travel agent that you booked your flight with as they will be able to help you change your flights to the intended dates or times.
The search box below can help you find the contact details for the travel provider you booked with.
You can search flexible or specific dates on Cheap Flights to find your preferred flight, and when you select a flight on Fly Low-cost you are transferred to the website where you will make and pay for your booking. Once you are redirected to the airline or travel agent website, you might be required to select dates again, depending on the website. In all cases, you will be shown the flight details of your selection and you are required before confirming payment to state that you have checked all details and agreed to the terms and conditions. We strongly recommend that you always check this information carefully, as travel information can be subject to change.
I entered the wrong email address
Please contact the airline or travel agent you booked with as Cheap Flights does not have access to bookings made with airlines or travel agents.
If you can't remember who you booked with, you can check your credit card statement for a company name.
